We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Does Cotopaxi offer a warranty on its gear?
Yes, we stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty and repair program. If your gear has a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or provide store credit to ensure your gear stays in the field and out of the landfill.
How do I clean my Cotopaxi backpack?
We recommend spot cleaning your pack with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry your pack, as this can damage the technical fabrics and hardware.
